Is the platform really free to use?

Yes. Clubs can use the platform to manage squads, fixtures and communication without monthly subscription fees. A transaction fee only applies when payments are collected through the platform.

When does the transaction fee apply?

The fee applies only when payments are processed through the platform, such as event registrations or paid activities. If no payments are collected, there are no platform costs.

Are there setup or cancellation fees?

No. There are no setup fees, contracts or cancellation costs. Clubs can start and stop using the platform at any time.

Do grassroots clubs pay platform fees?

No platform fees are charged on regular club subscription payments for grassroots clubs. Other payments processed through the platform, such as events, are subject to the standard transaction fee. Payment processing fees still apply.

What payment processing fees are included?

Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider and cover card processing and transaction handling. These are separate from the platform fee.
